b. Double Loyalty Reward

C2S Double Loyalty Reward gives you more value for your money when you use our services. You can choose from, a variety of BeePro services, such as massage, nail work, haircut, pet grooming, and much more. Double Loyalty Reward is only valid for BeePro services and is not redeemable for cash. Double Loyalty Reward money cannot be withdrawn or topped up. If you return or cancel any items or services, your Reward will be adjusted accordingly.

Rewards are limitless for you. There is no cap on how much Loyalty and Double loyalty Rewards you can earn and store in your Wallet.

*You can access your Rewards money in your C2S Wallet account after a waiting period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please note, that any returns made within this period will result in a reduction of your Rewards money balance.

To access the C2S app, you have several options. You can visit our official website and follow the instructions to download the app directly, please click here. Alternatively, you can search for the C2S app in the App Store or Google Play Store and install it from there.

First, make sure, you have a picture ID or a valid driver's license with a picture on file. This is necessary to access our special offers for birthdays and memberships. Second, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on Personal Info. Third, click Choose File and select the file you want to download. You can download any document or picture that you have uploaded before.

APPOINTMENTS & SERVICES

C2S is a platform that connects clients with independent owner-operator professionals who provide various services at their convenient time. You can choose a BeePro based on their skills and availability. To book an appointment with a BeePro, please click here.

“At Your Doorstep” lets you enjoy your BeePro’s visit to your place. “Economy” you enjoy a 10% discount and service performed at your Pro’s location. Please be aware that “Economy” booking is not always available and no specials, offers, or insurance plans are applicable. Both services are performed by the same Pros, at the same Mobile Salons and Clinics.

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to adjust your appointment. Please let us know as soon as you can if you want to reschedule, so we can accommodate other customers who may need our service. To change your appointment, please click here.

Your appointment is custom-built per your services. Each service has a different time requirement, so adding a service may not always be possible, especially close to the appointment time. To check your booked slot for additional time availability, please click here.

If your booked appointment slot does not allow for additional service, you must place a new order and cancel the existing order.

Please note that not canceling the order is considered a “no show up” and charged in full.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, service cancellation is not available for your booked appointment. You will have to cancel your current order and make a new order. Please note that not canceling an old order is considered a “no show up” and charged in full.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans. However, we also have some policies, to ensure a fair and smooth service for both Customers and Pros. Therefore, we ask you to notify us in advance, if you want to cancel, reschedule, or skip a service. Please provide us at least 24 hours before your appointment, to avoid any charges.

These are the charges that may apply if you cancel with short notice:

- Less than 24 hours but no later than 2 hours before the appointment: 25% of the service fee.

- Less than 2 hours before appointment or no-show: 100% of the service fee.

We will process any due refund to your credit or debit card within 5-7 business days.

A "Personal BeePro" Membership gives you a 10% discount with a specific BeePro and their services. This membership does not apply to other services, you may need, provided by a different BeePro. You have to buy a different membership for each BeePro with the services you want.

Your Membership is valid for one BeePro and the services they offer. To access different services from another BeePro, you must buy their Membership.

Your Membership is for 6 months and will renew automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can cancel your Membership any time before it ends, but you will lose any remaining time.

C2S must have your valid ID on file to confirm your identity. Memberships are individual and non-transferable, and cannot be used with any other offers, discounts, shared orders, or insurance plans. No refunds or exchanges are possible.

The BeeCard is redeemable at Cut2Style™ (C2S) business for purchases of your favorite BeePro, MY HOME, OTHER SERVICES, and BeeBoutique products and services. Similar to a debit card you can add value to your BeeCard online, either as a one-time reload or as an auto-reload when your balance is getting low.

You can load a dollar value onto the BeeCard online. 

Load $5.00 - $150.00 upon purchase and $5.00 – $300.00 on subsequent reloads, maximum $500.00

You can set an auto-reload to keep a specific amount of money on your card. You can set up auto-reload, please click here. Your credit card will be billed according to the schedule and amount that you select. We will email you a confirmation after each auto-reload.

You can discontinue an auto-reload, please click here or call 1.855.4CUT2STYLE (428.8278) within 24 hours of the next scheduled reload. Once the dollar value is loaded the transaction cannot be reversed.

You can check the balance of your BeeCard, review recent transactions, or discontinue, please click here or call 1.855.4CUT2STYLE (428.8278) The account balance will also appear on your receipt. Keep your receipts and always review your online statement.

Cut2Style™ does not charge any fees for the issuance, activation, or use of your BeeCard.

Your BeeCard has no expiration date.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

You may be able to use your medical insurance to pay for some of BeePros' services. This option is available with certain BeePros only. To learn more, please check with your BeePro.

C2S rewards you with 9 (nine) BeeCard points for every Medical Insurance use. You can use these points, worth $1.00 each to pay for BeePro, MY HOME, OTHER SERVICES, or BeeBoutique products and services. These points cannot be converted to cash.
